JANUARY 31, 2026
"We are not saints. The point is, that we are willing to grow along spiritual lines."
— Big Book, page 60
Today marks the end of January—a full month of daily reflections, a full month of showing up for your recovery. Whether you've been sober for one month, one year, or many years, take a moment to honor your commitment to this journey.
Recovery is built one day at a time, one choice at a time. Every meeting you attended, every conversation with your sponsor, every moment you chose sobriety over drinking—all of it matters. All of it adds up to create lasting change.
As we move into February, remember that recovery isn't about perfection. It's about willingness—willingness to keep trying, to keep learning, to keep growing. You've demonstrated that willingness every day this month, and that's something to be proud of.
Today, take time to reflect on what you've learned this month. What insights emerged? What challenges did you face? How have you grown? Then, look ahead with hope and commitment. You're building something beautiful, one day at a time.
Today, I will reflect on my journey this month. I will acknowledge my growth, celebrate my commitment, and set an intention for February: to continue showing up, one day at a time.
These daily reflections are here to guide you, but you don't have to walk this path alone. If you or someone you love needs personalized support navigating recovery, I'm here to help.
