Recovery requires immense strength—strength you may not have known you possessed. Every day you choose sobriety, you demonstrate courage. Every time you face a craving and don't give in, you prove your resilience. You are far stronger than you give yourself credit for.

Today's Reflection

Many of us entered recovery feeling broken and weak. But through this journey, we discover that our struggles have made us stronger. The very fact that we're still here, still fighting, still choosing recovery—that itself is proof of our inner strength.

Strength doesn't mean never struggling. It means getting back up after we fall. It means asking for help when we need it. It means facing our fears instead of running from them. Every challenge you've overcome has added to your resilience.

Today, acknowledge your strength. Remember all the battles you've already won. Trust that the same courage that brought you this far will carry you forward.

Today's Practice

Today, I will recognize one moment when I showed strength in my recovery journey. I will acknowledge that strength and trust that it's still within me, ready to support me through whatever comes next.
